Polymer modified cementitious overlay for stamped/decorative concrete finishes over worn, out-of-level substrates; requires a Scratch Kote 2000 primer coat first. Mix max 1.5 gal water/65 lb bag; apply via gauge rake to 1/4in, stamp at stiff-plastic stage using Stamp Mats + Stamp Release. Hardens ~24 hrs, full strength in 28 days. Coverage: 30-35 sf/bag.
