Day 1: Prep Work, Testing & Basecoats
- Concrete profiling (CSP 1–3) using Husqvarna planetary floor grinders, HEPA dust extractors, and scarifiers.
- Identifying and treating cracks, spalls, and divots using rapid repair materials.
- Moisture testing (Calcium Chloride & Relative Humidity) to protect against osmotic blistering.
- Mixing, tinting, and flawless application of 100% solids epoxy basecoats.
Day 2: Broadcast Systems, Stone Coatings, Topcoats & Business Strategy
- Full broadcast flake rejection techniques and scraping for uniform smoothness.
- Stone coating applicator techniques and cementitious stone overlay installs.
- Introduction to multi-dimensional metallic pigments and creative flow manipulation.
- Applying chemical-resistant, UV-stable Polyaspartic and Polyurethane topcoats.
