Common Questions

Before you send it

Is the estimate really free?

Yes — the quote, the phone consultation, and the on-site evaluation for local projects are all free with no obligation. You get an itemized number in writing and you're welcome to sit on it, compare it, or walk away.

Do you work on residential garages, or only commercial?

Both. Garages are one of the jobs we do most — full grind, crack and spall repair, then a system built to survive hot-tire pickup. We also do patios, pool decks, driveways and interior slabs, alongside our commercial and industrial work.

How long does a floor take?

A standard two-car garage is typically a one-to-two day install. Light foot traffic the next day, vehicles back in around 48 to 72 hours depending on the system and the weather. Larger commercial floors get phased so you keep operating.

My old epoxy floor is peeling. Can it be saved?

Usually. Peeling almost always traces back to inadequate prep on the original install or moisture in the slab that was never addressed. We grind off the failed coating, diagnose the actual cause, and spec a system that accounts for it. That diagnosis is part of the free estimate.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in Corona and work across Southern California — Riverside, Norco, Eastvale, Chino, Ontario, Anaheim, Irvine, Orange County, Temecula, Murrieta, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Long Beach and San Diego County. Don't see your city? Ask anyway.

Can you work nights or weekends?

Yes. For commercial jobs we regularly work nights and weekends and phase larger floors so you're never fully shut down. Tell us your operating hours on the form and we'll build the schedule around them.
