Why choose this system

What you get over a standard coating.

Slip resistance you can tune

More topcoat gives a smoother feel. Less gives more grip. We set it for how wet the space gets.

Heavy-duty double broadcast

Two broadcast layers build a thicker, tougher floor for high-traffic and wet production areas.

Hides wear

Multi-color quartz blends disguise scuffs and dirt between cleanings.

Integral cove base

Run the system up the wall as a seamless cove so water and dirt have nowhere to hide.

How we install it

Prep is what makes a floor last. Every install follows the same process.

  1. Grind the slab and repair cracks
  2. Prime and apply the first epoxy broadcast coat
  3. Broadcast colored quartz to refusal
  4. Optional second broadcast for the heavy-duty build
  5. Grout and seal with clear topcoats set to your texture

Quartz Flooring FAQ

Straight answers to the questions we hear most.

Is quartz flooring slip resistant?

Yes. The quartz grain creates texture, and the number of topcoats sets how grippy it feels, from light to aggressive.

What's the difference between single and double broadcast?

Double broadcast adds a second layer of quartz and resin, so the floor is thicker and more durable for heavy traffic and wet production areas.

Quartz or flake?

Flake is great for garages and showrooms. Quartz is harder-wearing and more slip resistant, so it's the usual pick for kitchens, restrooms and wet areas.

Can it go up the wall as a cove base?

Yes, an integral cove base is common in restrooms, kitchens and food plants.
