Gloss clear sealer; waterbase modified resin seal for masonry/cementitious surfaces, locks in Multi-Stain color, semi-gloss (1 coat) to full gloss (2 coats). Do not dilute. Apply w/ 1/2in nap roller (smooth) or 3/4in nap roller (rough), brush, or airless sprayer. Coverage: 150-200 sf/gal. Store 50-90°F, shelf life ~24 months.
